Weigh what was actually delivered.
Narachi is one workspace for what you promise and what you deliver: plans and pull requests, customers and deals, quotations, challans, invoices and stock. Switch on the modules your business needs, and call things by the names your trade uses.
We're opening workspaces one business at a time. Tell us what you need.
One address per business. Modules on top, your records underneath, a wall all round.
Every business gets a workspace of its own. The modules you switch on share one set of companies and people, one vocabulary, and one team of people and agents.
Projects
Plans, tasks and pull requests, weighed against what was promised.
- Milestones and criteria
- Board, list and timeline
- Pull request readings
Customers
Every company and contact, and where each deal stands.
- Companies and contacts
- Pipelines and deals
- Emails, calls and notes
Sales & Stock
From enquiry to invoice, and stock that always adds up.
- Quotations to GST invoices
- Delivery challans and returns
- Payments and TDS
Module: on or off for each workspacePlatform: in every workspaceThe wall: no business sees another’s data
Agents and people, on one plan.
Write the plan as milestones with criteria anyone can check. People and coding agents take tasks from it, and every pull request is read against the criteria it says it meets.
- Plans
- Milestones with checkable criteria, and the tasks under them on a board, a list or a timeline.
- Pull requests
- Read against the plan when they open, so merged work and a kept promise are told apart.
- Coding agents
- Connect your coding agents and they work from the same plan: they read it, take tasks, log their work and ask for review.
- Knowledge
- Docs, whiteboards and a graph, kept next to the work they describe.
- Reports
- Weekly reports, risks and forecasts, drawn from the plan rather than from memory.

From enquiry to invoice, on one record.
Every document is raised for a company you already know, converted from the one before it, and filed on that company’s timeline beside its emails, calls and notes.

- Companies and contacts
- Pipelines and deals
- Emails, calls and notes

Sales & Stock
Enquiries, quotations, purchase orders, proforma and GST invoices, delivery challans and payments, numbered by financial year. A catalog with HSN and GST rates, and every asset tracked from stock to customer.

Sales & Stock works without Customers: both use the same companies and people, so you can start with either and add the other later.
Your words, your workflows.
Narachi says company, item and delivery challan. A cloth trader says party, quality and jangad. Change the words, add the fields you keep track of, build document types on the ones Narachi knows, and decide what each role may do. No code, and no waiting for us.
Every change keeps its history, and a workspace’s whole setup exports as one file. Working in another trade? Talk to us about a template for it.

Each business behind its own wall.
Many businesses use Narachi, and none of them can see another’s data. Inside your workspace, each person sees what their role allows.
- Address
- Your workspace has its own address, your-name.narachi.hashteelabs.com, or your own domain.
- Your data
- Your records are kept apart from every other business on Narachi. Nobody outside your workspace can see or change them.
- Sign-in
- With email and password, or with Google.
- Connections
- Accounts you connect, such as GitHub, are kept encrypted and used for your workspace alone.
- Agents
- Each agent works under the role you give it, like anyone else on the team, and you can switch it off at any time.
Opening one business at a time.
We’re setting workspaces up by hand for now. Tell us about your business and the modules you need, and we’ll open one for you.
Questions we hear first.
Will other businesses on Narachi ever see our data?
No. Each business’s data is kept apart from every other’s. Inside your workspace, people see what their role allows.
Can we use Sales & Stock without Customers?
Yes. Both work on the same companies and people, so start with either and add the other later; nothing has to move.
Do you make GST invoices?
Yes: tax invoices with CGST and SGST or IGST, an HSN summary and the amount in words, numbered by financial year and ready to print. Quotations, proformas and challans print the same way.
Can our coding agents work in it?
Yes. Your agents work under the role you give them. In Projects they take tasks from the plan; in Sales & Stock they can draft a document from a client’s email for someone to check.
Can we call things by our own names?
Yes. An admin can rename records, add fields, build document types on the ones Narachi knows and set what each role may do, all from Settings. Nothing needs a developer.
What does it cost?
Each module is priced on its own, for the number of people who use it. Tell us what you need and we’ll quote.
Can we use our own domain?
Yes. Tell us the domain and we’ll set your workspace up there as well.
